Bec Thompson
ADHD Coach
Bec Thompson, ADHD Coach (Adults)
In my role as an ADHD life coach, I draw on my own experiences as a Mother who raised children with ADHD/ASD and my eventual diagnosis of ADHD. I can “speak” ADHD fluently thanks to my own experiences and accreditation as an ADHD Coach. Frequently you are left to try to unravel a lifetime of unhelpful behaviours on your own and have so many unanswered questions. Coaching, educating, and guiding my clients to a point where they may flourish rather than merely survive, is my life’s passion. I have lived experience with, but not limited to the fear and sense of the unknown when my then 7-year-old son was diagnosed with ADHD, overwhelmed when my two other children received their ADHD and ADHD/ASD diagnoses in their teens and my own late diagnosis at the age of 48. I believe every single person with ADHD has the potential to succeed given the right tools, strategies, and systems.
